Joint Letter from Iranian Pro-Democracy Organizations Addressed to the Arab Neighbouring Countries of Iran

Your Highnesses, Excellencies,

We, a coalition of Iranian pro-democracy organizations, political parties, and civic groups supporting the Iran Prosperity Project under the leadership of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, respectfully present this letter as an expression of friendship and solidarity.

Our region stands at a decisive moment. Over the past five decades, the policies of the Velayat-e Faqih regime in Iran have generated instability, heightened security risks, and fostered deep mistrust across the Middle East. The Iranian nation does not align with this trajectory. The people of Iran seek the complete overthrow of the current regime. In the nationwide protests of last January alone, more than 40,000 Iranian patriots have lost their lives in pursuit of this goal.

An Iran guided by the national leadership of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, and advancing through the stages outlined in the Iran Prosperity Project, will be well positioned to restore the historic bonds among neighbouring nations of the Middle East. Within a short period, Iran can become a responsible partner in regional security; one that contributes to reducing tensions, safeguarding maritime routes, and promoting stability and economic prosperity.

The Iranian people have repeatedly demonstrated their desire to see the end of the current system and the establishment of a modern, national government. Present conditions offer an unprecedented opportunity for transition—one that can be realized through unity among the Iranian people, under the leadership of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, and through constructive coordination with regional neighbours and international partners.

In presenting the Iran Prosperity Project and the vision articulated by Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, we also offer our own commitment—as Iranian political parties and organizations—to rebuild the historic relations between Iran and its neighbours that existed prior to the upheaval of 1979. The pursuit of Iran’s national interests and the preservation of its territorial integrity, as in the Pahlavi era, depend on cooperation and good neighbourly relations.

The bonds between our nations can help secure peace, progress, and prosperity in a region that has suffered greatly from instability. We hope that in these challenging times for Iran and the wider region, you will support the Iranian people in achieving a peaceful and lasting transition. The Iranian nation, throughout its long history, has never forgotten its friends.

Respectfully,

Pro-Democracy Organizations
